Application for Employment

DIETARY AIDE

JMHC is seeking applicants for a part-time Dietary Aide.

Previous experience preferred, but not required - will train on the job. Requirements: must be highly dependable, self-motivated, possess strong organizational skills; and must be able to work a flexible work schedule (1st shift 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and/or 2nd shift 11:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) and provide weekend coverage as needed and/or required.

STATE REGISTERED NURSE AIDE- LONG TERM CARE

Full-time, part-time positions, 3 pm - 11 pm; 7 pm - 7 am; 11 pm - 7 am; current KY State certification required; CPR certification required within six (6) months of employment.

REGISTERED NURSES

Full-time 7 am - 7pm and full time 7 pm - 7 am. Qualifications include: current unrestricted KY license and CPR certification. ACLS, TNCC and PALS certification within six (6) months of employment.
