Laboratory

Under the direction of a Pathologist, the Laboratory Department performs diagnostic testing that meets the needs of patients as determined by the Medical Staff and provides testing disciplines that can best aid the physician in the diagnoses and treatment of the patient. All age groups are served by our Laboratory, with 50% of the total tests generated from out-patient services. Our Laboratory is accredited by the Joint Commission Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) and certified by CMS to operate under the guidelines defined by CLIA 88. The Laboratory Director, Manager and all testing personnel are well qualified to perform testing.
